摘要
针对农产品质量安全中的感官质量评价和分析问题,提出了一种基于语言信息和面板数据相结合的感官质量评价和聚类分析方法。首先将语言评价信息转换成二元语义,再对面板数据信息进行加权集结,得到综合评价结果,在此基础上进行样本和指标凝聚分层聚类分析。以山东省12个备案蔬菜种植基地的GAP推广为例进行了实证分析。研究表明以上方法可以针对农产品质量安全管理的特点,有效地将语言评价信息进行集结和利用,避免信息损失。该方法将促进良好农业规范GAP标准的推广和应用,实现农产品安全管理的目标。图2,表1,参15。
In order to solve the problem of the sensory quality evaluation and analysis in the agriculture food safety management, a clustering analysis approach based on linguistic information combining with panel data is proposed. Firstly, the linguistic assessment information is transformed into two-tuple linguistic information representation, and the panel information is aggregated to obtain the integrated evaluation values, then the cluster observations and cluster variables are developed according the above values. This research is illustrated by an example of twelve export vegetable sites which are put on records in Shandong province. The research indicates that the linguistic information can be effectively aggregated with less lost by this method, and approach will promote the extension and application in GAP, and realize the target of agricultural product safety.
