摘要
为了提高企业竞争力,中国石油川庆钻探工程有限公司物探公司开展了用户满意测评工作,就该工作如何运用与推广,如何持续改进,提高满意度指数做了分析和阐述。结果表明,该工作的实施,提高了服务水平,赢得了用户的认可,使公司业绩有了大幅度的提高。
In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, Geophysical Exploration Sub-Company of Chuanqing Drilling Engi- neering Corporation in CNPC has conducted an evaluation on customer satisfactory degree. In this paper, the analysis and explanation focus on how to apply and promote this work, and how to improve and raise the index of customer satisfactory degree. The result indi- cates that the implementation of this work has raised the level of service, gained the acceptance of customers and greatly improved the performance of the company.
