The Establishment of Quality Management System about Liquefied Natural Gas Projects in China National Offshore Oil Corporation

介绍了液化天然气项目质量管理的意义和特点,重点介绍了中国海油LNG项目质量管理体系,包括质量管理的整体构架、LNG项目公司质量管理组织结构及制度体系、LNG项目公司主要人员质量管理职责和义务、LNG项目质量管理法律法规、国家和行业LNG标准规范体系,特别提出了企业标准体系在LNG项目质量管理中作用。

The significance and characteristics of quality management about liquefied natural gas projects are introduced in this paper. The emphasis is placed on the quality management system of LNG projects in CNOOC, including the whole framework of quality management, organization structure and institutional system of LNG projects company, the responsibility and obligation of their main staffs in quality management, the law and regulations of quality management of LNG projects, the national and industrial standard system of LNG. Meanwhile, it is especially presented that enterprise standard system play a certain part in the quality management of LNG projects.
