摘要
喇嘛甸油田近几年乃至今后很长一段时间内,平均年钻井上千口,新井投产时间紧、任务重。在人力设备资源有限的前提下,为保证新井解释质量和投产进度,通过对测井解释流程进行分析,采用对参数解释、油层对比及水淹层解释、数据保存管理等环节进行多级审核或分步审核控制,提高解释质量;建立了参数、对比和水淹解释一体化质量控制体系;对出错频率高的技术环节及地质条件特殊的井层,制定了特殊井层应急处理流程和全井质量控制流程,实现了新井解释规范化、系统化管理。该质量控制体系缩短单井解释周期8.7h,提高新井解释精度6.5个百分点,为新井投产提供了及时、准确的基础资料,为油田持续稳产提供了保障。
More than one thousand wells have been annually built up in Lamadian oilfields in recent years or for a long period in the future, so the time of new wells going into production is tighten and the task is heavy. Under the premise of limited human power and equipments, in order to guarantee the quality of new well interpretation and the schedule of starting production, the analysis first focuses on the process of logging interpretation, and then different links like parameters interpretation, oil layers contrast, the waterflooded layers interpretation and data storage management are applied to multi-grades examination or examination control of separate step, and the improvement of interpretation quality. Meanwhile, the integration quality control system about parameters, contrast and water-flooded interpretation has been built up. Then in view of the technical links with the high frequency of errors and the well layers with special geography condition, the emergent treatment process of special well layers and the controlling process of the whole well are established, and thus realizing the normalization of new well interpretation and systematization management. This quality control system has shortened the cycle of single well interpretation 8.7 hours, and raised 6.5% accuracy of new well interpretation. This has provides the timely and accurate basic materials for new well going into production, and offered the assurance for the continuous and stable production of oil fields
