Based on the practical state of QC group activities conducted by the Development Company of Liaohe Jinma Oilfields for ten years, how to promote the further development of QC group activities deeply and permanently is explained from four aspects： normalizing activity mechanism, encouraging activity potentials, raising the activity capacity and increasing activity power.
