结合辽河金马油田开发公司十年来开展QC小组活动实际情况,阐述了如何从规范活动机制、激发活动潜力、提升活动能力、增添活动动力4个方面入手,深入、持久地推进QC小组活动向更高层次发展。
Based on the practical state of QC group activities conducted by the Development Company of Liaohe Jinma Oilfields for ten years, how to promote the further development of QC group activities deeply and permanently is explained from four aspects: normalizing activity mechanism, encouraging activity potentials, raising the activity capacity and increasing activity power.
