分析了石油测井企业开展用户满意度测评的重要性和目的,指出,构建顾客满意度测评体系是有效实施顾客满意度调查的关键,并就如何构建石油测井企业用户满意度测评体系、提高用户满意度提供了一些方法。
An analysis focuses on the importance and purpose of carrying out the evaluation on customer satisfactory degree for oil logging enterprises. Then it is pointed out that the key to the effective survey of customer satisfactory degree is to construct the evaluation system of customer satisfactory degree. At the same time, some measures are offered about how to construct evaluation system of customer satisfactory degree for oil logging enterprises and to improve customer satisfactory degree.
