超声和心导管监测心输出量的相关分析

THE CORRELATION OF CARDIAC OUTPUT MEASUREMENT BY ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND THERMODILUTION METHOD

随着医学技术的发展,要求临床对血流动力学和心泵指标的监测日趋普遍。创伤性和非创伤性监测同样可取得所需的资料。为确认超声测定心输出量与心导管监测心输出量的相互关系,我们在16例欲施体外抗搏的冠心病人,在抗搏治疗的几个阶段采用多普勒和心导管二种方法同步进行观察,以探讨其所得心排血量值之间的相关性。

16 patients with coronary artery disease were treated with external counterpusation. Cardiac output were measured simultaneusly at four periods by echocardiography and thermodilution. The detection were taken, before, during; ending and 20 minutes afterwards. 54 pairs of the measurements were analysed. The results illusteted they were closely relatiedn (r=0.8227).Our studies suggested that the echocardiography can supply importnt information on pump function, it is noninvasive and accurate, very exactly reliable approaching. They are coordinate indirect detection cardiac output.
