抗疲劳剂PL-600在23.5-25工程机械斜交轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用

Application of anti-fatigue agent PL-600 in inner carcass plycompound of 23.5-25 OTR bias tire

研究抗疲劳剂PL-600在23.5-25工程机械斜交轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用。结果表明,PL-600的理化分析结果符合企业标准;PL-600对胶料硫化起到促进作用。与生产配方相比,试验配方胶料的邵尔A型硬度、300%定伸应力和老化后的H抽出力增大,其它性能相差不大。成品轮胎的帘布层间粘合强度增大,耐久性能明显提高。

The application of anti-fatigue agent PL-600 in inner carcass ply compound of 23.5--25 OTR bias tire was investigated. The results showed that,the physical and chemical analysis results of PL-600 met the requirement of the enterprise standard,the vulcanization of rubber compound was accelerated by PL-600. Compared with the compounds from present production, the Shore A hardness, modulus at 300% and aged H pull-out of test formula compound were improved,the other properties were similar. The adhesion strength between the carcass ply of the finished tire was increased, and the endurance was significantiy improved.
