摘要
企业信息化是企业得以生存与发展的必然选择,本文提出了企业实施ERP的关键是业务流程重组,装备制造业实现信息化的对策。
Enterprises informatization is the essectial choice for the surviving and developing of any company,the performance of ERP must base on the applying of BRP,in order to transform BPR from thinking to acting,the application of ERP is also necessary.Through this application,the achievement of BPR can be consolidated.
