Entrepreneurship Education for Target Orientation of Talents Training in Vocational Colleges

在知识经济和日趋严峻的大学生就业环境的双重背景下,高职高专院校传统的、重就业、轻创业的人才培养目标定位已经出现诸多局限,而日益成为阻碍创业型人才培养的目标定势。重新审定高职高专院校的人才培养目标,大力开展创业教育,培养具有创新精神和和创业能力的复合能力型人才,是突破其人才培养目标定势的重要途径。

At the double background of the knowledge economy and an increasingly tough vocational college students＇ employment environment, the traditional target orientation of talents training in vocational colleges which, at one hand, puts too much more emphasis on the employment, on the another hand, underrates entrepreneurship, has showed many limitations and has become a kind of target - set to hinder the entrepreneurship - type talents training. It is the key way to outbreak vocational colleges＇ talents training target - set by re - orientating vocational colleges＇ talents training target, and carrying out the entrepreneurship education vigorously, so as to raise a kind of interdisciplinary talents who have been provided with innovation spirit and entrepreneurship capability
