摘要
红瑶是居住在桂北地区的一个山地民族,红瑶饮食文化是特定的生态背景和历史人文环境相互结合的产物,有着相当丰富的文化内涵。文章通过梳理饮食文化发展的脉络,界定红瑶饮食文化特点,并提出了对红瑶饮食文化进行全方位体验性开发思路,以进一步实现对红瑶饮食文化的开发与保护。
Hong - yao is a mountainous minority in the north of Guangxi, with its traditional food culture as the product of the living and historic social background, embodying rich cultural meaning. By sorting out the developing line of Hong - yao traditional food culture, this paper is to identify its features, and to propose some all - round experiencing developing ideas to promote the development and protection of Hong - yao food culture.
