摘要
目的建立同时测定呋麻滴鼻液中呋喃西林和盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法采用K吸收系数法,检测波长为375nm和257nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在181.92-436.60μg.mL^-1范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系,(r=0.99701,n=7),平均回收率为99.70%,RSD为0.182%;呋南西林平均回收率为100.05%,RSD的0.61%。结论该法简便、灵敏、结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of nitrofural and ephedrine hydrochloride in nose drops.METHODS To use K-absorptivity method,the detection wave length was 375nm and 257nm.RESULTS The calibration curves was linear in the range of 181.92~436.60μg·mL^-1 for ephedrine hydrochloride,the average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride and furacilin were 99.7%(RSD=0.182%) and 100.05%(RSD=0.61).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,the quality of the nose drops can be controlled using the method.
