摘要
目的建立HPLC测定心可舒软胶囊中葛根素含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法,ODS柱,流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:250nm,柱温为室温,进样量为20μL。结果葛根素的保留时间为13.25min左右,线性范围为0.2-3.2 ug.mL-1(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为99.98%(n=5)。RSD=1.13%,结论本方法简便、灵敏、快捷,可用于心可舒软胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of the puerarin in Xingkeshu capsule by HPLC.METHODS RP-HPLC was used with a column of ODS and a mobile phase of methanol-water（25∶75）,the flow rate was 1mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 250nm and the column temperature was 25℃,the injection volume was 20μL.RESULTS The retention time of the puerarin was about 13.25min,the puerarin was within 0.2～3.2μg·mL^-1.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recoveries of paeoniflorin were 99.98%（n=5,RSD=1.13%）. CONCLUSION This method was accurate, reliable and can be used to control puerarin in Xingkeshu capsule.
