摘要
建立GC法检查维生素E中的有关物质。采用GC法测定,色谱条件为:采用HP-1毛细管柱为色谱柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),柱温265℃;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度为275℃;进样口温度为275℃。维生素E检测限为7.98ng。本法简便、准确、灵敏度高,适用于维生素E中有关物质的测定。
To establish a GC method to determine the content of related substances in Vitamin E.Using HP-1 capillary column(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),column temperature was 265℃;the temperature of FID detector was 275 ℃;the temperature of Injection Port was 275 ℃.Limits of detection is relatively 7.98ng.The method is convenient,accurate and high sensitive,which can be used to detect related substances in Vitamin E.
