曲谱瑞林治疗下丘脑错构瘤及长期随访 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结下丘脑错构瘤的诊断和治疗。方法总结近10年在本科治疗的5例下丘脑钳构瘤,发病年龄在8月-4岁,主要表现为性早熟,均于曲谱瑞林治疗。结果5例均能较好控制性早熟症状,未见明显副作用。结论下丘脑错构瘤如果没有明确的颅内占位症状,可以首选GnRH治疗。
