From design,material,mix proportion of concrete,on-site construction,curing and other aspects reasons caused the production of cracks and seepage in concrete projects of basement are analyzed,at the same time crackresistance and seepage control measures are proposed.In view of existed cracks and seepage corresponding treatment methods are presented in order to ensure engineering quality of basement.
