摘要
生产调度是CIMS中的关键环节,也是最困难的环节,它决定了整个CIMS开发的水平。本文用“过程优化”与“系统优化”相结合的方法,研究连续过程生产调度系统的优化问题。将系统优化的结果反馈给过程模型,指导局部装置优化的思想为大系统的总体优化探索了一个新方法,开辟了一条新思路。并给出了生产调度系统的框架结构、大系统的优化原理和应用实例。
Production scheduling is a key link and however a most difficult one in CIMS, which determines the level of CIMS engineering. In this paper, the approach of combining process optimization with system optimization is applied to study the production scheduling(PS) of continuous production processes. The results of system optimization are used to guide the optimization of local equipment, which provides a new method for the optimization of large scale systems. The framework of the PS systems and the principle of the optimization of large scale systems as well as a practical example are given.
