以风险管理理论为基础,从监理单位角度出发,分析了监理企业存在的各方面风险因素,进行了风险评估,制订了风险对策,通过一系列风险管理对策的实施,以期回避和缓解风险。

Based upon risk management theory,from the viewpoints of supervision enterprises risk factors existed in supervision enterprise are analyzed, it put up risk evaluation and worked out risk countermeasure.Through risk assessment corresponding countermeasures are scheduled and brought into effect,in order to avoid and mitigate risks.
