对"70/90"政策出台的背景及面临的挑战、政策实施的效果及原因进行了论述,对开发商面对"70/90"政策是如何钻空子、规避政策的监管等问题作了分析,旨在通过"70/90"政策的合理有效实施,达到减缓房价上涨,降低购房门槛的目的。
The author discusses the background and challenges of the 70/90 policy released,as well as effect and causes of the policy implementation,analyzes that facing to the 70/90 policy,the developer is how to exploit an advantage and avoid policy supervision,so as to accord to the reasonable and effective implementation of the 70/90 policy,reach aim of relieving house price rising and decreasing doorsill of the house purchasing.
