From the dynamic management of the whole construction,the paper illustrates the methods for the costs management of the construction enterprises and some precautions from the contract formation,its implementation,the whole process,and indicates the cost management should have the reasonable prediction,the static control and the dynamic management,so as to improve the costs management of the enterprises,and to obtain better economic benefits.
