摘要
从招投标阶段的清单计价工作内容入手,对招标控制价及投标报价的编制依据进行分析,重点阐述了招投标阶段的清单计价过程中计量和计价的要点,以促进社会主义市场经济的发展。
The paper started form list pricing works in bidding stage,the establishing reference of inviting tender controlled price and submitting tender price were analyzed.The measurement and price points of list price process in bidding stage were illustrated critically so as to promote socialism market economy development.
