摘要
发展农民经济合作组织是推进农村市场化进程、促进农民增收的有效途径。调查研究发现:农民经济合作组织在发展中存在内部危机(人才危机、资金危机、发展战略危机、内部管理危机和产品营销危机)和外部危机(如社会环境危机和自然灾害危机)。从信息化视角来说,应对这些危机的策略包括培育管理者的危机意识、加速推进农业信息化和农业信息平台建设、提高农村人才队伍信息素质,建立农民经济合作组织的危机预警机制。
Developing rural cooperative organizations is an effective way to promote the agricuhural marketing Course and increase farmers' incomes. Based on investigation and research, we can attribute the crises of rural cooperative organizations to internal crises and external crises. The internal crises include personnel crisis, financial crisis, development strategies crisis, internal management crisis and the crisis in product marketing. The external crises include social environment crises and natural disasters crisis. From the perspective of informatization, the strategies to deal with these crises are as the following: cultivating a sense of crisis, constructing the agricultural informatization and agricultural information platform, improving information literacy of rural talent and establishing early warning mechanisms for farmers' cooperative.
