摘要
衡阳高等教育的发展还不能适应经济社会发展的需要。要实现教育强市的目标,衡阳高等教育就要科学定位,进一步扩大办学规模,提高办学层次,创新人才培养模式,调整学科专业结构,选择赶超发展、特色发展和与区域经济协调发展战略。
Development of higher education still can not meet the needs of economic and social development of Hengyang. In order to achieve the goal of strong city through education, higher education should he scientificly located to further expand the size of schools, improve school-level, innovative personnel training mode, adjust the structure of a subject, select the catch up development, characteristics development and coordination with the regional economic development strategy.
