原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Primary Thyroid Lymphoma

目的探讨原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的CT特征。资料与方法回顾性分析10例原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的CT表现与临床相关资料。结果10例均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,其中单叶发生3例,单叶加峡部发生5例,双叶加峡部发生2例。6例突破甲状腺包膜,4例有外侵征象,2例合并有淋巴结肿大。平扫甲状腺体积膨胀性增大且密度减低,低于邻近肌肉,9例增强扫描多呈均匀轻或中度强化,3例合并桥本甲状腺炎。结论原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的CT表现具有一定特征。

Objective To evaluate the CT features of primary thyroid lymphoma.Materials and Methods CT findings and clinic data of 10 patients with primary thyroid lymphoma were retrospectively reviewed.Results Non-Hodgkin＇s Lymphoma（NHL）was found in all 10 cases,among them,simple leaf was involved in 3,simple leaf with thyriod gorge was involved in 5,double leavies with thyroid gorge was involved in 2,lymphoma spread out from membrane of thyroid gland in 6,and the adjacent structures were invaded in 4,the lymph nodes were enlarged in 2,CT scan showed an enlarged thyroid gland with reduced attenuation lower to that of muscle,tumors were in mostly homogeneous density with low or moderate enhancement in 9 and 3 patients accompanied with Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis.Conclusion Primary thyroid lymphoma has some CT characteristics.
