摘要
目的探讨计算机X线成像(computed radiography,CR)在尘肺病诊断中的应用价值。资料与方法将已确诊的101例尘肺患者和6例0+患者采用CR高kV和传统高kV两种方法,各摄胸部正位片一张,由尘肺诊断小组,按照尘肺病诊断标准(GBZ 70-2002)及23张标准片,随机对每张胸片质量和尘肺诊断及其分期进行评定。结果CR高kV和传统高kV胸片的一级片率分别为90.65%、46.73%,一级片率经χ2检验(χ2=44.78,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;对胸部肺内细微结构总体显示率分别为95.51%、59.07%,总体显示率经χ2检验(χ2=37.75,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;其尘肺检出率分别为97.20%、86.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.73,P<0.01)。结论在尘肺病诊断中CR高kV胸片有望取代现行的传统高kV胸片。
Objective To discuss the application value of computed radiography in diagnosis of pneumosilicosis.Materials and Methods 101 cases with confirmed pneumosilicosis and 6 objects of observation performed CR high thousand voltage and the tradition high thousand voltage.Referring to diagnostic criteria of pneumosilicosis and 23 chest standard films,we evaluated every radiograph quality and defined the period of silicosis at random.Results The rate of advanced radiography chest CR high thousand voltage was 90.65% and the rate of tradition radiograph of high thousand voltage was 46.73%.The rate of advanced radiography was through the χ^2 examination,χ^2=44.78,P0.01,the difference had statistical significance.The respective total manifestation rate of small construction of lung was 95.51%,59.07%,the total manifestation rate was through the χ^2 examinations,χ^2=37.75,P〈0.01,the difference had statistics significance;the respective check out rate of pneumosilicosis was 97.20%,86.92%,the check out rate was through the χ2 examinationses,χ^2=7.73,P〈0.01,the difference had statistics significance.Conclusion The CR high thousand voltage will substitute for the tradition high thousand voltage possibly in diagnosis of pneumosilicosis.
