摘要
省、市、县、乡、村五级农村综合信息服务平台建设任务可分解为"面向农村应用的笔式交互平台"、"基于J2EE开放标准、开源软件框架、开放的接口、采用B/S结构‘12396’农业科技信息电话呼叫中心服务平台"以及"基于P2P技术的远程视频专家咨询和教学系统"的三个具体应用子系统。解决"最后一公里"的问题,缩小"数字鸿沟",以科学技术推动中部山区农村信息化建设进程,建设和谐富裕稳定的新农村。
This system includes three subordinate projects： Pen-based interaction information model on agriculture information is- sue and management system; Call center on agriculture information and technolgy, applying B/S construction and J2EE intercommunion standard and ACD router, IVR and soft phone technology; P2P remote video expert consultation and solution system.
