辨证分型治疗骨折迟缓性愈合的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Differential Classification for the Treatment of Delayed Union of Fractures

目的:观察辨证分型治疗骨折迟缓性愈合的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组各40例,治疗组采用辨证分型进行治疗;对照组采用碳酸钙D3片,口服治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为95%;对照组为75%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医分型辨治骨折迟缓性愈合疗效肯定。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of differential classification in delayed union of fractures. Methods： Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 patients in each group. The patients were treated with differential classification or Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 chewable tablets respectively in treatment and control group. Results：The total effect rate was 95% and 75% respectively in treatment and control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Differential classification is an effective method in treating delayed union of fractures.
