摘要
目的:探讨和总结原发性气管肿瘤的外科治疗的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析我科从1996-2006年10例原发性气管肿瘤的外科治疗的临床资料。颈横切口8例,颈纵隔切口2例,10例均采用气管环形切除对端吻合术,术后病人均顺利恢复,鳞癌和腺样囊性癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤。结果:全组病例无围手术期死亡,5年生存率为62.5%(5/8)。结论:手术切除是治疗气管肿瘤最有效的方法,气管环切是治疗气管恶性肿瘤的主要术式,降低手术并发症是取得良好手术疗效的关键。
Objective： To summarize the diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary tracheal tumor.Methods： By reviewing the clinical materials of 10 cases of tracheal tumor,all cases were inosculated at the opposite side with annular removement on the trachea and recovered smoothly after operation.Most of the ten cases of tracheal tumor were squamous carcinoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma.Results： There were no death during perioperative period and the survival rate for 5 years was 62.5%（5/8）.Conclusion： Operation is the major treatment for primary tracheal tumor.Tracheal annular removement is the major method of the treatment,and how to reduce the complications is the key to success.
