摘要
目的:建立一种简单、快速而又非闭塞性的动脉血栓模型。方法:采取化学损伤-三氯化铁(FeCl3)诱导的方法来制备兔颈总动脉血栓模型。取9只家兔根据FeCl3浸润时间随机分成3组:20min(第1)组、40min(第2)组、60min(第3)组每组各3只。结果:FeCl3腐蚀法形成的血栓为一种混合型血栓;第2组模型血管管腔可见非闭塞性血栓形成,血栓占管腔1/4~1/3;第3组模型可见闭塞性血栓形成,血栓占据整个管腔。结论:FeCl3诱发的血栓模型可靠、形成简便、快速,结构更接近于临床自发性血栓形成的组织学形态特征,为血栓性疾病的研究提供了很好的方法。
Objective:To set up a kind of arterial thrombus model which is simple, rapid and non-obstructive. Method:Rabbit thrombus model made by FeCl3 infiltration in common carotid artery of rabbit was set up. Nine rabbits were randomly invided into three groups according to FeCl3 infiltration time: 20min (the first group), 40 min (the second group), 60 min (the third group). Result: rabbit thrombus model made by FeCl3 infiltration in common carotid artery of rabbit was set up, the second group: non-obstructive thrombosis and thrombus holds about 1/3-1/4 of vessel: the third group: obstructive-occluding thrombosis and thrombus holds the total vessel, and the thrombosis is mixed thrombus. Conclusion:The type of thrombus resulted from FeCl3 erosion is mixed pattern,which is similar to spontaneous thrombus in clinic.
