摘要
设计了二组化学成分不同的FeAl基合金,进行了1000℃的高温氧化试验,并对其进行了分析。结果表明,含碳量较高的材质较普通FeAl基合金的硬度高;B元素改善晶界脆性,Zr使晶界固溶强化,提高了材料的冲击韧度和抗拉强度;1000℃下,含碳量较低的FeAl基合金呈完全抗氧化性,其循环氧化动力学曲线均服从抛物线规律。
The two kinds of FeAl system with different chemical composition were designed, and its properties of oxidation resistance were analyzed by oxidation test at 1000 ℃. The results show that the material containing high percentage of carbon has higher hardness than ordinary FeAl system alloy; B element can improve grain boundary embrittlement, Zr makes the grain boundary solution-strengthen, the impact toughness and tensile strength of the alloy are improved. FeAl alloy with less C content has complete oxidation resistance below 1000 ℃, and its oxidation kinetic curve obeys parabola law.
