摘要
采用XRD、DSC、TEM等检测方法,研究了深冷循环处理、473K退火循环处理及冷-热循环处理对Fe68Ni1Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75非晶合金的微观结构、晶化过程及磁性能的影响。结果表明:经不同的循环处理后,试样仍然保持非晶结构,发生了结构弛豫,微观结构改变。但与淬态试样相比,玻璃转变温度、晶化温度及晶化峰值温度存在一定的变化。退火晶化后,各试样中析出相的种类、数量、晶粒尺寸等有明显的不同。磁性能数据表明:晶化后,循环处理的试样其磁性能较淬态有所提高。
The effects of deep cryogenic cycle treatment, annealing at 473 K cycle treatment and cold-hot cycle treatment on the microstructure, magnetic properties and crystallization process of Fe68Ni1Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75 amorphous alloys were studied by XRD, DSC and TEM. The results show that samples are still amorphous after different cycle treatment. Struture relaxstion occurs and the microstructure changes. But compared to as-quenched samples, the glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature and crystallization peak temperature have same changes. After annealing crystallization, there are some obvious differences in the variety, the amount and size of crystallization. The statistics of magnetic properties show that it has a little elevation compared to as-quenched samples.
