摘要
研究了过时效温度(室温~500℃)对超高强低碳冷轧双相钢力学性能的影响。研究表明,随着过时效温度升高,马氏体发生分解,抗拉强度呈现下降的趋势;且在回火过程中,晶粒呈现出明显的长大趋势;过时效温度高于300℃时,实验钢出现屈服延伸。该钢种最佳过时效温度以200~300℃为宜。
The research focused on analyzing the effect of over-aging temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of super high strength mild cold-rolled dual phase steel. The selected over-aging temperature is from room temperature to 500 ℃. The results show that, as the over-aging temperature increases, the tensile strength reduces because of the decomposition of martensite, and the growth of grains. When the over-aging temperature is higher than 300 ℃, yield extension breaks out. The best over-aging temperature for this kind of steel is between 200 ℃ and 300 ℃.
