摘要
应用扫描电镜等仪器对煤气换热器钢管失效件的化学成分、金相组织、腐蚀产物和断口形貌进行检测与分析,找出钢管断裂的原因。结果表明:因渗铝过程中碳化物沿奥氏体晶界析出而在使用过程中形成的晶间腐蚀,是该锅炉钢管在外部应力作用下发生沿晶脆性断裂的主要原因。
The chemical composition, microstructure, corrosion product of heat exchanger tube were observed and analyzed by SEM. The results show that the main crack reason is intergranular corrosion because of carbide distributing along the austenite grain boundary.
