圆坯中频电磁软接触连铸结晶器内弯月面行为的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以低熔点合金Sn-32Pb-52Bi作为钢液的模拟介质进行静态热模拟试验,研究频率为1500Hz下不同液位、功率等参数下圆坯中频电磁软接触连铸结晶器内弯月面行为的变化规律。结果表明,中频感应电源产生的中频磁场相对于高频磁场具有较强的渗透能力,所以很容易通过分瓣体结晶器的切缝处而作用到液态金属上,并且只需要较小功率就能获得与高频磁场较大功率下的弯月面高度;随着电源功率的增加,弯月面高度也随着增大,同时也加剧了金属液表面的波动;试验时将线圈位置尽量靠近结晶器口部位置安装,有利于弯月面形变的增大和弯月面稳定性的增强;在浇注拉坯时应使浇注液面尽可能的控制在感应线圈高度中心偏下的位置。 Sn-32Pb-52Bi alloy was used to simulate the molten steel for static thermal simulation experiments to understand effects of varied liquid level and varied power on meniscus shape in mold of main frequency soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting for round billets with 1500Hz. The results reveal that main frequency magnetic field can more easily pass the slit of segment mold to exert on the liquid metal due to the more strong penetration capability than that of high frequency magnetic field, There fore compared with that in high frequency magnetic field with high power, meniscus height can be generated in the main frequency magnetic field with low power. Meniscus height is increased with increasing in power, which aggravates the fluctuation of surface of liquid metal. Coil position should be set nearby the top of mold as possible, which is beneficial for the enlargement of meniscus shape and improvement of meniscus stability. In addition, pouring surface of liquid metal should be controlled as possible below the center of coil height during producing billets.
