摘要 目的探讨超声心动图Tei指数评价心力衰竭大鼠左室心功能的应用价值,研究骨髓间充质干细胞移植对心衰大鼠心功能的影响。方法经胸超声检测移植干细胞前后心衰大鼠移植组、未移植组及对照组大鼠左室内径,了解其心功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室缩短分数(LVFS)变化,测量射血时间(ET)、等容收缩时间(ICT)、等容舒张时间(IRT),计算Tei指数。结果心衰大鼠干细胞移植前左室腔明显扩大,Tei指数较对照组增大(P<0.05),而LVEF、LVFS较对照组明显减小。干细胞移植术后1周,移植组LVEF值较术前增大,但差异无统计学意义;而Tei指数较未移植组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干细胞移植术后2周、8周,移植组LVEF值升高,Tei指数更降低,与未移植组比较P<0.05。移植术后8周,移植组LVEF、Tei指数与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论超声心动图Tei指数可评价心力衰竭大鼠左心室功能,较常规指标更敏感、全面;干细胞移植可显著改善心衰大鼠心功能。 Objective To investigate the application value of echocardiography Tei index in evaluating left ventrieular function in heart failure rats, and to study the influence of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in heart failure rats. Methods The left ventricular diameter of heart failure rats before and after stem cell transplantation and the control group were detected by transthoracic echocardiography ( TTE ). Their changes of left ventrieular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) and left ventricular fractional shortening ( LVFS ) were observed, the ejection time (ET) , isovolumetrie contraction time (ICT) and isovolumetric relaxation time (IRT) were measured, Tei index was calculated. Results Compared with control group, left ventricular cavity of heart failure rat was enlarged obviously before stem cell transplantation, Tei index was increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while LVEF and LVFS were decreased obviously. One week after stem cell transplantation, LVEF in transplantating group was increased than that before transplantation, but there was no significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Two weeks and 8 weeks after transplantation, LVEF was increased and Tei index was decreased in transplantation group, (P 〈 0.05 ). Eight weeks after transplantation, there was no significant difference in LVEF and Tei index between transplantation group and control group. Conclusion Echocardiography Tei index can evaluate left ventricular function in heart failure rats more effectively and globally, and stem cell transplantation can obviously improve the heart function in heart failure rats.
