超声对非浸润型及早期浸润型乳腺癌的诊断价值

The value of ultrasound in diagnosis of non-invasive and early invasive breast cancer

目的探讨非浸润型和早期局部浸润型乳腺癌的超声表现特点,以提高超声对早期乳腺癌的诊断准确性。方法超声检测分析36例非浸润型和早期局部浸润型乳腺癌的声像图表现,并与60例浸润型乳腺癌的声像图进行对比。结果两组病例在病灶形态、纵横比例、内部血供及病灶最大径线四方面比较差异均有统计学意义;而两组在内部沙砾样钙化灶和后方回声衰减的病灶数量方面比较差异无统计学意义。结论非浸润型和早期局部浸润型乳腺癌病灶均具有不同程度的恶性病灶声像图特征,内部微小钙化灶为其特征性表现。

Objective To investigate the ultrasonic appearance features of non-invasive and early invasive breast cancer, and to improve the diagnostic rate of early breast cancer by ultrasound. Methods Ultrasonic appearances of 36 cases with non-invasive and early invasive breast cancer were analyzed , and the results were compared with 60 cases of invasive breast cancer. Results There was significant difference in lesion morphology, ratio of longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter, interior blood supply and maximal diameter of lesions between the two groups, while there was no significant difference in the number of lesions with sand-like calcification and echo attenuation in rear. Conclusion non-invasive and early invasive breast cancer have different degree sonogram characteristics of malignant lesions, internal microcalcification lesion is the characteristic appearance.
