摘要
目的:评价新材料国产无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)的生物相容性,以判断所制材料是否满足相应的生物安全性标准,并与进口MTA进行对比.方法:应用扫描电镜(SEM)观察新材料国产MTA的表面形貌;通过MTT法检测细胞相对增殖率,对材料的细胞毒性进行分级评价,并与进口MTA进行比较;利用SEM观察体外培养的细胞在材料表面黏附与增殖情况.结果:MTT结果显示国产MTA与进口MTA两组数据差异显著(P<0.05),但细胞毒性均为一级;成骨细胞在材料表面具有较好的细胞伸展形态,可以成功的贴附生长在材料上并进行增殖.结论:国产MTA具有良好的生物相容性.
AIM: To evaluate the biocompatibility of domestic mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and determine whether this new material complies with the related Bio-safety Standards. METHODS : The surface microtopograph of the new material( domestic MTA) was observed through scanning electron microscope (SEM); Cell relative growth rate (RGR) measured by MTT methods was used as quantitative assessment for cytotoxicity of the biomaterial, and compared with imported MTA; SEM was used to characterize surface microtopograph of osteoblast ceils attach and proliferate on the material. RESULTS: The result of MTT indicated that there was obviously significant difference between the domestic group and imported MTA group ( P 〈 0.05 ), their cytotoxicity were both at grade 1. Osteoblast cells spread well on the material, could successfully be adhered to the material and proliferate. CONCLUSION: The new material 'domestic MTA) shows good biocompatibility.
