分析高校德育现状，有助于我们不断增强对德育工作针对性和实效性的认识。本文还从树立全员德育意识，坚持用邓小平理论武装大学生思想和加强德育工作队伍建设等方面阐述实践的思考。培养德、智、体全面发展的人才须先形成德育、智育。

Abstract :The analysis of the current moral education in colleges and Universities contributes much to gaining a direct and effective understanding of it. The paper gives mature consideration to some practical problems from such aspects as cultivating the sense of morality among the staff, adhering to arming the students mind with Deng Xiaoping's theory, and strengthening the construction of the moral educational workers. The auther then puts forword that the cultivation of intellectuals with all-round development in moral, intellectual and physical education should be conducted on the premise of the mutual infiltration mechanism of the three kinds of education.
