摘要
目的:探讨睡眠剥夺对静息态脑功能连接模式的影响.方法:对14名健康男性大学生进行两次静息态功能磁共振成像扫描.第1次扫描在正常睡眠清醒后12h完成,第2次扫描于睡眠剥夺36h后完成.选取前扣带回为种子区域进行静息态脑功能连接分析.结果:睡眠剥夺后与前扣带回的功能连接增强的脑区有顶叶皮层、岛叶、颞叶等,下降的脑区有丘脑.结论:清醒状态的维持主要由丘脑等皮层下区域负责,机体的默认网络系统在睡眠剥夺后功能连接增强,反映了默认网络系统功能的一致变化,这与机体的注意、抑制功能的下降及清醒状态的下降相关.
AIM:To explore the impact of total sleep deprivation(TSD)on functional connectivity of ACC in resting state.METHODS:Healthy young men(n=14)completed rest fMRI scan before and after the 36-TSD.fMRI scans were carried out in these subjects 3 weeks apart.RESULTS:TSD induced positive and negative functional connectivity compared with that after the normal sleep.The activated areas with positive FC include the PC,etc.and with negative FC in thalamus.CONCLUSION:The maintaining of awareness is supported by thalamus during rest state.The strengthening functional connectivity of default network in sleep deprivation reflects the consistent changes in the system,which may be related to the impacting function of attention and inhibition system and the decline of wakefulness.
