摘要
目的建立与临床相近的慢性高眼压兔模型。方法依据兔眼与人眼巩膜系数不同,推算人眼眼压计进行兔眼测量时实际眼压与所测数值间比率关系后,对20只前房分别注射卡波姆及糜蛋白酶组兔眼眼压升高情况进行对比分析。结果卡波姆组造模成功率90%,眼压最高达51.6mmHg,高眼压状态持续30余天。糜蛋白酶组:造模成功率30%,眼压最高达32mmHg,高眼压状态平均持续约20天。结论前房注射卡波姆是一种有效的慢性高眼压兔造模方法。进行高眼压造模前,均应针对所实验动物进行眼压的矫正,以避免实验偏差。
OBJECTIVE To make clinically useable rabbit models of chronic high intraocular pressure. METHODS Twenty rabbits measured by orbitonometer were randomly divided into two groups: carbomer and chymotrypsin. We compared the intraocular pressure (IOP) in the two groups. RESULTS The success rate of group one was 90% and group two was 30%. The highest IOP was 51.6mmHg in group one and 32 mmHg in group two. The ocular hypertension lasted about 30 days in group one and 20 days in group two. CONCLUSIONS Injection of earbomer in anterior chamber was an effective method to make chronic ocular hypertension model. In order to avoid errors, it was recommended to use an orbitonometer before experiment.
