摘要
尼日利亚A深海油田投产面临的主要问题:管线长而复杂,管中流体体积大、惯性大、流态变化复杂,启动方案及实际操作稍有不慎将会引起生产管线中压力和流量的大幅波动而破坏生产设施;油藏流体为临界流体,管线中可能形成水合物;油藏储层为疏松砂岩,而油井产能高,容易出砂。通过油藏岩石力学实验和管流流体稳定性数值模拟分析,研究了应对措施,并尽可能严格实施,油田投产以来生产状况良好。
The potential problems that face deepwater oilfield A offshore Nigeria when it commences production will mainly be. (1)Any improper start up scheme and actual operation will result in big fluctuations of pressure and flow rate in production pipelines, which can damage the production facilities, due to its long and complex pipe network in which there are huge fluid volumes, large flowing inertias and compounded variations of flow regime; (2)Hydrates may form in the production pipelines because of the critical reservoir fluids; (3)Sand is easily produced from its reservoir because this reservoir is composed of unconsolidated sands and has a high productivity. The solution measures for these problems are researched by mechanical experiments of reservoir rocks and numerical simulations of pipe flow stability, and implementing these measures as strictly as possible has resulted in a good production effect since its start-up.
