系统健康教育在高血压病患者中的应用研究

目的探讨系统健康教育对高血压病患者的护理效果,并评价患者的认知效果。方法将319例高血压病患者随机分为观察组167例和对照组152例。对照组实施常规的护理指导,而观察组实施系统健康教育措施,从疾病相关知识掌握程度、护理质量满意度、生活质量及健康行为等方面对两组患者进行比较。结果观察组对疾病相关知识掌握程度、护理质量满意度、生活质量及健康行为均明显好于对照组,差异存在显著性("P<0.05")。结论健康教育有利于提高患者对高血压病的认知水平,最大程度地降低高血压的危害性,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health education in nursing hypertension patients and their behavior direction.Methods：319 patients were divided into the intervention group（167 cases） and control group（152 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method, the intervention group took the health education,the indexes included degree of mastering of knowledge, satisfaction to nursing services, life quality and health behavio. Results Showed that patients in the intervention group got more knowledge about the disease, life quality and health behavior of the patients were improved, and they were more satisfied by nursing services than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education on hypertension patients could promote their knowledge level, reduce the harm of the hypertension furthest, improve survival quality of patients.
