腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的预防与治疗

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)手术并发症的原因,预防及处理方法。方法回顾分析906例LC患者临床资料。发生并发症13例。结果其中胆管损伤4例;胆漏2例;出血4例。胆囊床积液2例。脐部刺口切口裂开小肠嵌顿1例。均治愈出院。结论术前严格检查、规范手术操作可显著减少LC并发症的发生。遇到困难时,应及时中转开腹。

Objective To investigate the complication reasons during Laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） and summary the measures of prevention and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of the 13 patients with complications among 906 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results Among all the case,The complication included extrahepatic bile ducts injury （4case）,bile leakage（2cases）,bleeding （4cases）, fossa of gallbladder amassing liquid （2cases）.Small intestine set in trocar sites （lcase）.All cases have been cured and discharged.Conclusion Strict preoperative examinations and normal surgical technique can significantly reduce the complications of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.When the situation is diffficult,the LC should be converted to OC timely.
