清创术中患者病情变化的原因及护理对策

目的探讨清创术中患者病情变化的原因及其危险因素和护理对策。方法观察记录清创术中患者病情发生变化的原因,并对此进行分析。结果清创术中疼痛、情绪紧张、恐惧、轻度出血会诱发头晕、恶心、面色苍白、肢体发软、血压下降;原有疾病也会导致窒息、神志模糊。结论对一些生命体征平稳的外伤患者在手术中应加强病情观察,增加预见性和相应的急救护理措施,规范接诊流程,确保手术顺利进行和患者早日康复。

Objective To probe into causes,hazards and nursing countermeasures of disease variety in debridement.Methods Disease variety in debridement was analysed by the way of clinical observation record.Results The pain emotional stress.fear and slight haemorrhage in debridement could bring out dizziness,nausea,pale face,limbs limp and blood pressure decrease,as well as the original disease could lead to stifle and dim mind. Conclusion Observation should be strengthened to wounded patient＇s condition with steady body characteristic in debridement,prediction should be increased and first ＇aid nursing measures as well as standard process should be taken to operate successfully and help recover early.
