应用人性化护理模式的临床价值浅析

目的正确完整地解读人性化护理的实质,探讨人性化护理的临床途径和价值。方法用理论分析的方法,了解住院病人的心理需求及在人性化护理模式下指导的相应护理措施,对患者实行全方位护理服务。结果护理全程体现人性化,可让病人早日树立起战胜疾病的信心、提高护理人员的整体形象和素质,使护患关系更加融洽。结论通过开展人性化护理模式,提高了患者对医院和科室的满意度,医院也赢得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。

Objective To interpret the essence of humanistic nursing and chnlcal values. Methods Understand the psychologlcal needs of patients by theoretical analysis method and guide the appropriate nursing interventions under the humanistic nursing model. Results To carry on the humanistic nursing model helps patients to set up confidence, improve the overall image and quality of nursing staff, so that nurse-patient relationship are more harmonious. Conclusion Humanistic nursing model improve patient＇s satisfaction on hospital. The hospital also won a better social and economic benefits.
