辅导员作为高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,其素质的高低直接影响着高校思想政治教育工作的成效。根据辅导员工作职责、工作要求以及新时期大学生的特点,辅导员应在理论和实践层面上提高自己的素质。

As organizers, implementers and instructors to manage daily work of college students＇ ideological and political education, counselors＇ qualities have a direct impact on their work and the students＇ growth healthily. This paper studies counselors＇ qualities from theoretical and practical aspects, according to the reality, combining with their responsibilities and work requirements, as well as the students＇ characteristics in new eras.
