摘要
本文描述了滤片┐X光二极管阵列探测器的同步测量技术。在利用同步时标建立的归一化坐标系中,不需要明确测量延迟时间,即可恢复由示波器记录的信号脉冲的时间同步特性。然后通过同步校正后时间信号还原X光能谱的时间演变过程。
Timing measurement of Filtered X ray Diodes (XRDs) array detector was provided. We took advantage of timing pulses to establish normalized time coordinate systems, with which timing relationship of various delayed signals recorded by fast oscillographs could be restored, without precise measurement of the delay times. Temporal evolution of X ray spectra was reduced with the timed signals. (
