摘要
研究了在UO_2(NO_3)_2-HNO_3-N_2H_5NO_3-H_2O体系中,用三级串联电解槽动态连续电解还原制备四价铀的方法,在确定的工艺条件下,当进料液U(VI)浓度为180g/L、硝酸浓度为3.14mol/L、肼浓度为0.210mol/L、加料速度为200mL/h时,可连续制备得到四价铀浓度大于150g/L的产品溶液.
The preparation of uranous nitrate in UO2(NO3)2-HNO3-N2H5NO3-H2O system by continuous electrolytic reduction with a three-stage series electrolytic cell has been studied. When the concentrations of U(VI ), HNO3, N2H5NO3 in feeding solution are maintained at 180g/L, 3.14mol/L, 0.21mol/L respectively and the feeding rate is controlled at about 200mL/h, the uranous nitrate solution with the U(IV) concentration over 150g/L can be obtained successively under the optimum conditions.
