摘要
对一种超小型铌合金泵浦激光器试制过程中出现的光斑问题进行分析和改进.采用试验方法,对出现的因光学元件产生反射杂光,光学元件表面破损或污染等出现多种杂光现象进行归纳分析,提出消除滤光片上、下表面反射杂光等相应的设计改进和工艺改进方法,并通过实验验证,有效消除其中大部分杂光,提高输出的激光束质量,提高成品率.
Studying on the microminiature niobium-alloy's Diode-Laser miscellaneous faculae's problems and ameliorating them.Studying the optics elements'reflecting faculae,the nicked or stained optics elements engendering miscellaneous faculae by experiment,designing and technics improving methods such as eliminating the upper and down reflecting miscell aneous faculae of the light filter.had been put forward later.It showed that most miscellaneous faculae could be eliminated,the output laser's beam quality could be advanced,and the finished product could be promoted.
