摘要
针对配电网的现状及发展，对配网管理系统的功能作一分析与探讨。提出配网管理系统各项功能规范化、有机地集成为一个多功能系统，用其方便地控制配网。
The electric distribution network is so large and complex that it is not easy for management.In recently years ,with the rapid development on computer and the telecommunication technology,it provides a better condition for the automatic management of distribution network.This paper mainly researches the functions of automatic system of the distribution network on the base of present status and future developing trend.
